Bacon and Fresh Green Bean Casserole.

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds fresh green beans trimmed and washed
- 1/2 pound bacon cooked until crispy & chopped
- 1 whole onion sliced
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

Cook bacon in skillet until slightly crispy and remove when done leaving the bacon fat in skillet.

Use the bacon fat to sauteed fresh sliced whole onion.

Return bacon to skillet on low heat continue to cook until crispy and pour fresh green beans over onions and bacon

Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder

Cover the skillet and let green beans steam over crispy bacon for approx. 10-15 minutes on medium heat.

Remove from skillet and serve hot.
